All additional charges and policies below help you plan your 7-seater ride with confidence:

• Extra stop: a short detour to pick up or drop off along the way — +$10 within 2km, +$20 beyond.
• Wheelchair ramp: our wheelchair-accessible vehicles let passengers board safely while remaining in the chair — advance notice recommended. See our dedicated wheelchair transport page.
• Child seat: a safety-approved child or booster seat is available for +$20.
• Midnight surcharge: rides between 23:30 and 06:15 carry a +$10 surcharge.
• Waiting time: airport pickups include a free waiting window; local trips include a short grace period before extra waiting is billed.
• Parking, ERP & toll charges: added at cost and itemised on your receipt.
• Holiday / high-demand surcharge: during public holidays, major events, or peak periods, fares may rise up to 40%.
• Booking & flight monitoring: for airport transfers, share your flight number and ETA — your driver tracks the flight and adjusts pickup automatically.

Cancellation policy: more than 24 hours before pickup, no charge. Between 6 and 12 hours before, 50% of the fare applies. Inside 6 hours or a no-show, the full fare applies.
