Terminal 4 is Changi's compact, design-led terminal, known for its fully automated check-in and immigration, the heritage-themed Peranakan Gallery, and the giant petalclouds sculpture above the departure hall. It's the one terminal not linked to the others by the Skytrain and has no direct MRT — a free shuttle bus runs to Terminal 2 (about 4 km) — so allow extra time if you're connecting. Where do you pick up at Terminal 4?
Standard pickup is at the Arrival Hall kerb on Level 1. Your driver sends a WhatsApp message with their exact location when they arrive. For Meet & Greet, the driver waits inside the arrival hall beyond customs.
Is Terminal 4 far from the other terminals?
Terminal 4 is approximately 4 km from Terminals 1, 2, and 3. There is a free shuttle bus between terminals, but it adds time. If you have connecting passengers at different terminals, let us know and we will coordinate.
Does the price include waiting for delays?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust driver arrival accordingly. There is no charge for flight delays — your quoted price is fixed regardless.
Which airlines fly from Terminal 4?
Terminal 4 is used by Cathay Pacific, Korean Air, Cebu Pacific, Vietnam Airlines, and several other carriers. Check your boarding pass or airline website for your terminal. Terminal 4 does not have direct MRT access — a shuttle bus connects it to Terminal 2.
