For standard transfers, we pick up at the Arrival Hall kerb (Level 1, outside Arrival Hall). For Meet & Greet, your driver waits inside the arrival hall with a namecard beyond the immigration exit.
What is Meet & Greet at Terminal 3?
Your driver clears an entry pass and waits inside Terminal 3 Arrival Hall beyond the customs exit, holding a namecard with your name. They assist with your luggage trolley to the vehicle. Recommended for first-time visitors and VIP guests.
Does the price include waiting for delays?
