Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Yes. All our drivers hold a valid LTA Private Hire Car (PHC) driver's vocational licence. They are uniformed, background-checked, and trained in professional hospitality standards — punctuality, discretion, and luggage assistance.
What languages do your chauffeurs speak?
All chauffeurs are fluent in English. Many also speak Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil. If you require a specific language, WhatsApp us when booking and we will do our best to match.
Do you provide corporate account billing?
Yes. Corporate clients receive a monthly consolidated invoice with GST breakdown, suitable for company expense claims. Contact us to set up a corporate account.
Can I request the same chauffeur for regular bookings?
For regular bookings (weekly or more frequent), we will try to assign the same driver. This builds familiarity with your preferences and schedule. Discuss with us when setting up a recurring booking.
