Vehicle arrival rate
Your driver waits at the designated vehicle pickup zone (kerb-side) in the Arrival Hall. You exit Customs, follow the airport signs to the taxi/private-hire pickup lane, and your driver contacts you on your phone. The fastest option for travellers who know Changi.

What is included in the airport limousine price?

What is the difference between Driveway and Meet & Greet?
Driveway pickup means your driver waits at the kerb-side vehicle pickup zone in the Arrivals area — you navigate there after clearing Customs. Meet & Greet means your driver enters the terminal and stands at the Customs exit with a name board, so you are met the moment you exit. Meet & Greet costs an additional $25 and is recommended for first-time visitors and VIPs.
How early should I book my departure transfer?
We recommend booking your pickup at least 2 hours before your required airport check-in time. Most international airlines ask you to check in 2–3 hours before departure, so factor that into the pickup time — your driver will advise if you are unsure.
Can I book a limousine for a corporate team?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class seats 7 passengers with luggage and can be configured with facing seats for in-transit meetings. For larger groups, we coordinate multiple vehicles.
Can I book a round trip (airport pickup + return)?
Yes. Book each leg separately online, or WhatsApp us to arrange a combined rate for back-to-back bookings — it also guarantees a vehicle for your return.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 3 hours for standard bookings. For peak travel periods (public holidays, year-end), 24 hours or more is advisable. Same-day bookings are accepted if vehicles are available.
